Make Biking Better in East Portland

Our mission is to make biking in East Portland safer and more fun!

East Portland Action Plan Bike is a subcommittee that focuses on active transit feasibility and safety. We provide guidance to public agencies and community organizations to address community-identified issues that improve livability and prevent displacement in East Portland.

Currently, we are working with the Portland Bureau of Transportation to implement over $20 million in bike & sidewalk improvements throughout East Portland, as part of the East Portland In Motion Active Transportation Implementation Strategy (EPIM), which was adopted by the Portland City Council on April 18th, 2012.

Please join EPAP Bike to promote biking in East Portland! We meet every month and welcome your enthusiasm, energy, and ideas! Our meetings are now at 6:30 PM every fourth Tuesday, at Muchas Gracias, 1307 NE 102nd Ave, Suite K.

Our next meetings are on March 24th, April 28th, May 26th, June 23rd, July 28th, & 25th.

We are the East Portland Action Plan Bicycle Subcommittee, and our goal is to provide direction and support to the EPAP on bike-related action items and active transportation.
