2022 General and Civic Engagement Grants are now avalible! For projects happening between Mar 1, 2022-Feb 28, 2023

Due date for these grants will be Wednesday, November 24th by 11:59 PM.

If you are doing a project in East Portland we would love to talk about how we can fund it.

EPAP General Grant

Purpose is to improve livability and prevent displacement in East Portland by funding projects that implement strategies and items identified in the Action Plan.

EPAP Civic Engagement Grant

Purpose is to encourage civic engagement in under-supported race and ethnic culturally specific communities with language appropriate communication that leads to further community involvement of people not usually included in decision making.

There are approximately $130,000 total funds available for the 2022 funding cycle. Project requests may be for up to $10,000 in funding.  Our three grant programs are: General Grant, Civic Engagement Grant. EPAP Grants are funded by the City of Portland.
